Full integral weld-in cages are used by professional and works teams. Where
necessary, front triangulation members are incorporated and the back stays
arranged to transfer abnormal suspension shock loadings into the roll cage,
thereby improving handling and increasing the life of the shell. The quality of
the installation is critical in a weld-in cage, it is suggested that the
installer be experienced with this type of installation.
The Weld-in Cages are made from
Cold Drawn Seamless tubing (CDS). Structures provide maximum compressive
strength with the minimum possible bends so avoiding the weaknesses in sharp
bends. The manufacturing methods involve a sophisticated production process
which includes CAD design, laser cut components, and computer controlled
bending. Options vary between models, please call for more specific information.
