Kirkey Racing Intermediate Road Race Layback seat
is designed especially for entry level road course cars. It has the same quality
construction as our Deluxe seat at an affordable price. This seat is very
comfortable making it ideal for endurance events.
Intermediate Seat Features:

- A true road race design with built in shoulder support
- Aluminum Extrusion around perimeter and belt holes for
extra strength and safety

seat belt holes

Size is based on width of drivers hips.
A KIRKEY RACING seat’s width is based on the width of
your hips. Using only a straight edge ruler have the driver sit on a
bench with legs hanging over the side. Measure the width of the hips
through the center line of the body side to side. Do not measure
across the lap of the driver as this will give a larger than
required measurement. Take this measurement as the size of the seat
you need. If it is 15” then you would order a 15” seat. If it is 15
¾” go to a 16” seat.
Note: some seats are only available in two or three sizes, in this
case pick the next size up.
