Safety Devices 6 point competition bolt-in Roll Cage
Kit offered by Stable Energies includes: Bolt on door bars, harness bar and
diagonal. Optionally, the diagonal is offered in a non-removable version. Please refer to the part number to specify correctly when
ordering. The bolt on harness bar is offset towards the rear to allow full
movement of the front seats. This harness bar also incorporates shoulder harness
guides which locate the shoulder harnesses on the harness bar. For the Club
Racers, a Seat Back Brace can be attached to the harness bar as well.
The most obvious advantages with Safety Devices is the
tight fitment to the interior and proper mounting points. The mounting points are
typically to the Longitudinals or Boxed members, which gives you extra chassis stiffening (when using a full 6 point cage)
by greatly reducing the longitudinal twisting of the chassis and also allows the fitment to be as tight to the interior as possible,
therefore giving you the least intrusive cage on the market. Made from
Cold Drawn Seamless tubing (CDS), Safety Devices six point competition cages are
the finest in the world, made to the most exacting standards. Structures provide
maximum compressive strength with the minimum possible bends so avoiding the
weaknesses in sharp bends. The manufacturing methods involve a sophisticated
production process which includes CAD design, laser cut components, computer
controlled bending, jig built welding and finally phosphating and Satin Black polyester powder coating to produce the finest finish in the industry. The revolutionary
'saddle bracket' joint developed by Safety Devices is approved by the FIA, RAC,
MSA. These cages are PCA Club Race approved.
