Built to deliver powerful, dry, temperature-controlled airflow directly to the helmet, the AirCon V2 significantly reduces heat stress, minimizes moisture buildup, and helps drivers maintain peak focus during long stints and high-intensity racing.
Engineered as a complete evolution of the original AirCon platform, the V2 features a smaller footprint, lighter overall weight, and an integrated plenum design, allowing for cleaner installation and improved packaging flexibility in modern race cars. Its high-efficiency micro-compressor and advanced airflow management system provide consistent, reliable cooling even in the harshest racing environments.
Delivering 525W of cooling power, the AirCon V2 operates across a wide temperature range from 32°F to 141°F, making it ideal for endurance racing, sprint events, off-road competition, and closed-cockpit racing. The built-in plenum is available in 3-inch or 4-inch configurations and is paired with a matching Rev3 or Rev4 blower to ensure optimal airflow performance and efficient helmet cooling.
Constructed from lightweight carbon fiber, the AirCon V2 reduces overall vehicle weight while maintaining exceptional durability. A quick-release carbon fiber baseplate with ball-lock pins enables rapid installation and removal, making service and vehicle changes fast and efficient at the track.
The system supports a wide operating voltage range of 11.5–28V, ensuring compatibility with a broad range of race vehicles.
