Special order items, Dropship orders, new Fire Systems, made to order items, clearance items, and items with special pricing are considered FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. OMP and SPA Fire systems are made to order items and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Mylaps transponders are not eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges. AIM products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Garmin Catalyst devices are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Motorola products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

STABLE ENERGIES MOTORSPORTS will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items due to shipping loses. All shipping damage or missing product claims must be made to STABLE ENERGIES within 2 days of receipt of the shipment. All other claims regarding products shipped from STABLE ENERGIES MOTORSPORTS must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping for online orders over $100.00 shipped to the continental United States. Services used may include UPS, FedEx, and USPS at our discretion.

Oversized items are not covered by the free shipping offer and include, but are not limited to: fuel cells, roll bars and cages, racing headers, batteries, seats, some body parts, scales, fire systems, utility jugs, some Race Ramps products, and some Pit Pal trailer products. You will be contacted with the actual shipping charges before your order is processed. Items that do not qualify for free shipping cannot be combined with items that do qualify to achieve the $100.00 minimum.

Items that are discounted, marked as clearance or closeout, on special sale, or items that are drop shipped from other warehouses do not qualify for free shipping. Customers that placed orders that include items in any of these categories will be contacted with actual shipping charges before the order is processed.

We only ship to continental United States and Canada.

We do not ship international and to freight forwarders.

Wholesale customers are not eligible for the free shipping offer.

If you refuse delivery of your order or return your item(s), the original shipping charge will be deducted from your credit. Exchanged items will be charged shipping fees.

International customers are responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes associated with the their shipments.

Select items are not able to be shipped via express services or to destinations outside of the United States. You will be contacted if your order needs to be modified or canceled.

In stock items are typically shipped from our Garfield, NJ location. Please refer to the time in transit map below for packages shipped via UPS ground service. Some items may ship from remote warehouses located throughout the United States.

Return Policy

Stable Energies provides a knowledgeable staff at your disposal for questions and concerns related to the proper application, installation, and usage of all items in our product range. Please take advantage of this and ask questions BEFORE ordering products when there is any uncertainty.

Items that have been purchased within the past 30 days can be returned for a refund or for store credit. The cost of return shipping is not covered by Stable Energies, and is the customer's responsibility. Your item's original shipping charge is not refundable. Items that received free shipping on the original order may have the shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original retail packaging. Items must include all hardware, instructions, tags, or other originally included accessories.

All returns must be issued an RMA number (returned merchandise authorization). Please contact us by phone or email to obtain an RMA number. Your RMA number must be written on the outside of the package being returned to us and must be clearly visible. Please also include the RMA number on copy of your invoice or on a note with your contact information inside the package being returned to us. Packages that arrive at our facility and do not have a visible RMA number will be refused.

Items must be properly packaged for shipping. Please do not use the manufacturer's packaging as your shipping container. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or decline issuance of credit for damaged retail packaging.

Please use a trackable service for you return such as UPS, FedEx, or certain USPS services. Return shipments should be insured for the proper amount. Stable Energies will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping.

Special order or Drop Ship order items, items considered clearance or close-outs, or items with special pricing, are final sale and may not be returned.

There are some specific items that are not able to be returned under any circumstances due to the nature of their use, these include: all seats, nomex underwear, racing earbuds or earplugs, batteries, flash memory cards and customized products.

Stable Energies reserves the right to charge a restocking fee in situations where we feel it is applicable.
