The Racetech RT9129HRW Advanced Racing Seat is a professional-level FIA 8862-2009 homologated racing seat engineered for international circuit racing and motorsports applications requiring advanced seat construction and FIA 8862 compliance. Developed alongside the FIA 8862-2009 Advanced Racing Seat standard, the RT9129HR Series uses Racetech's proprietary Kevlar/carbon composite shell with more than 100 strategically engineered reinforcement components and FIA-approved energy-absorbing foam. Integrated head restraints, large harness guides, FHR/HANS compatibility, and support for 4-, 5-, and 6-point racing harnesses provide the features required for professional race car driver installation.

The Racetech RT9129HR Series incorporates an integrated structural back mount and rear air ducting that can direct cooling airflow to the driver's lower back. The seat is finished in a clear self-finish Kevlar/carbon shell with black fire-retardant fabric and grey suede leather wear patches. Available in Standard, Tall, Wide, and Wide & Tall configurations, the RT9129HR Series provides multiple dimensional options for different drivers and race car cockpits. Aluminum side-mount and back-mount brackets are included, and Racetech requires the seat to be back-mounted to the roll cage at shoulder level to comply with FIA 8862-2009 homologation.

Choosing the Correct RT9129HR Size:

The Racetech RT9129HR Series is available in four configurations for different driver dimensions and race car cockpit requirements. The RT9129HRW Standard has a 14.6-inch internal hip width, 36.2-inch maximum height, and 28.7-inch maximum front-to-back length. The RT9129THR Tall maintains the 14.6-inch hip width while increasing maximum height to 38.6 inches and maximum length to 29.1 inches. The RT9129WHR Wide increases internal hip width to 16.1 inches with a 36.2-inch maximum height and 28.7-inch maximum length. The RT9129WTHRL Wide & Tall combines a 16.1-inch internal hip width with a 36.6-inch maximum height and 28.0-inch maximum front-to-back length.
